The iOS apps support casting, which I find superior to AirPlay (stream direct from the server and only the chosen audio, not every sound from my device). I’d love to see the macOS Plex and Plexamp apps support it as well. Currently, the workaround is to either use the Plexamp iPad app or a Chromium-based browser.
