Add to Watchlist option disappeared on Roku Ultra (2024) - Anyone else?

Hey everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Roku Ultra (2024) running the latest Roku OS version. When I browse movies or TV shows in Plex, the “Add to Watchlist” option is no longer showing up on the title screen.

Here’s my setup:

  • Roku Ultra 2024 (latest firmware)
  • Plex Media Server running on Windows 10
  • Server version: 4.145.1 (latest)

The weird thing is, when I watch a trailer, the pop-up still shows the “Add to Watchlist” option and that works fine. It’s just the main option on the title screen that’s gone missing.

My wife and I use the watchlist feature all the time to queue up stuff we want to watch, and this issue just started showing up in the last week or two. Everything was working perfectly before that.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on what might have changed or how to fix it?
