This feature has been a godsend for me as a disabled person in a long distance relationship - makes being together so much easier and happen more often, even when you can’t BE together. This seems like such a simple thing to keep and a simple little win that makes people happy, even if it’s not ALL of Plex’s users. I got the Pass in part because this was a feature. It will be a sad day once this goes away on all versions of the app - even if it’s not PERFECTLY in sync all the time it’s good enough!
So tired of seemingly every little thing that exists just for joy either being capitalized away or just taken away, even if you paid for it.
Come on, Plex.

The watch together feature brings so much value to Plex! I recommend plex to so many people and the first thing I mention is the Watch Together feature. It’s so worth keeping.

Watch Together is one of the big main reasons I use Plex for, most of my time watching things over Plex I watch it together with my brother while talking over discord, and synching the Playback is just so cool! And it even works pretty solid most of the time.
Please don’t abandon this feature.

Watch Together was my absolute favorite feature. I need to travel often. And this helps me stay connected with friends and family. Don’t remove this.

This was an amazing feature when I was apart from my partner during COVID. I don’t use it anymore because we’re back in the same place, but it’s really good that it’s there when we need it.
Relying on feature usage metrics alone can give you a misleading impression of how important a particular feature is. It’s almost like saying that the fire extinguisher in my house is not used often enough to justify the space it takes up.
I signed into these forums for the first time just to say this, because of how important it is.

Being able to watch movies in two separate languages, or even just with two different subtitles allows me to watch things movies together with my friends in Japan. This feature was amazing, please bring it back!

I moved about a year ago and use Watch Together to hang out with my friends from my previous city (along with Discord so we can see and talk to each other). It’s been a huge part of me maintaining contact and keeping my sanity. Bring it back, please!!
