I want to add a friends server and have it so I can switch from server to server to view content. How do I do this
I am on Mac High Sierra
Your friend needs to invite you to share one or more libraries on his server. Once you accept the invitation, his libraries will appear on the library list in your app(s), and you can pin/reorder them just as you do your own.
A shared library will show the name of the server it comes from, like this:
