Adding new DVR Cable DVB-C Operator

Hello,
How can I add new cable operator for DVR. I mean frequency channel list (LCN)
symbol rate and other information ?

Ok i found the place. We need to add ini file at /usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Resources/Tuner/Shared/scanners/dvbc/transponders

For those who are using Telnet DVB-C Operator in Bulgaria you must do this under Linux:

  1. go to folder /usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Resources/Tuner/Shared/scanners/dvbc/transponders
  2. create file with name - 6666.ini
  3. put inside

2=DVB-C Bulgaria (Telnet, Veliko Tarnovo)
3=BG

2=450000,V,6875,QAM128
3=458000,V,6875,QAM128

Now you can setup your DVR and choose Telnet / Bulgaria.
I tested this using Linux (gentoo) and Plex version 1.13.2.5154
My tuner although says not supported … works very well.
Its Technotrend USB Tunner

Do you have the TechnoTrend AG TT-connect CT2-4650 CI working with encrypted channels using the CI slot?

Yes i tested that before 1 year or more and they worked…
