Admin account can't acces, but others can

Hi all,

When i try to view media on my plex server, my user (the admin) can’t acces the server.
But when i use others account, they can connect to the plex server and can acces everything like normal.

It’s ben more than a year i have installed this plex server. I DID NOT TOUCH ANY CONFIG.

I think it’s started when i have updated to the last plex player for PC.
I had a VPN active in an other country to listen some country locked stream.

Sice, on all the device i was able to acces the server, only my admin account can’t acces library or view my server (even then i acces it by the http://ip/web route)

i dont have a folder named Plex …
I dont think i have set a log folder …
i have found some errors in the log in the debug tab of plex …

How can i reinstall it and keep things me and others users have see?
I can SSH into it to backup somethings?
