After changing my password issues getting into plex settings to claim server

Long story short after changing email this morning as requested by plex when I try and log in and claim my server it takes me to the settings and says settings is unavailable… this has been ongoing for a few hours. I’ve deleted some Registry items that have been recommended on the plex self help section has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it.

You don’t need to change your e-mail. Only the password.

I have a similar problem after resetting my Plex account password and forcing all devices Logged out. But I can’t even get as far as attempting to Claiming my Plex Server. I just get the message “NOT AUTHORIZED. You do not have access to this server”. The latest available server version is installed.
Plex Server version: 1.28.2.6106-7000 (Synology)
