Can we please get a fix for this, I’ve been patiently waiting for the last week or so but their are a lot of us paid users that shouldn’t have to put up with waiting this long.

Yea Same issue is happening for myself as well just started with newer update I cant even access my settings and do anything due to this Literally gives me this message and then acts like im accessing a friends server
Looks like this problem is fixed in the latest version.
Version 1.15.4.993 contains Web version 3.95.2 and I am not seeing this issue anymore

Yup, looks like this update cleared up all of my external and internal issues. Took a long time but at least it’s fixed.
so far after the 1.15.5.994 update I have not had the issue any longer. lets hope is stays solid.
I also received this message, "No Soup…"after the message that I had an, “unclaimed server”. It was referring to the server I was using previously. When I clicked to claim the server, the server and media flashed on screen for about a second, before I received the “No Soup…” message. I used the free version of Plex for a couple of years. I seem to be having a lot of trouble since I purchased the Plex Pass. It’s not as user friendly either, and I’m a novice to this program. I don’t understand why it is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Has anyone rectified this problem? Please help.
I don’t see where I may update. I have downloaded what is supposedly the latest version, but it isn’t working. I deleted the server and saw a message which stated that Plex would recognize it again (and it did show up for a second before the, “No Soup…” message). Logging out and then back in didn’t help me either. I’m relatively new at Plex Pass, and I don’t know what else to do.
