After installation of the Plex server I cannot see the initial configuration page

Hi everyone,
I just installed a Plex server as many times before BUT now after the Plex installation when I open the local IP with the 32400 port I got the following window:

It shouldn’t be a problem due to the filter of the phishing attempts BUT after the confirmation of my IP address I am not forwarded to the initial configuration page of the Plex server. After the confirmation I can see the Plex web page but nothing about my Plex server. It seems to be it is not recognized somehow…

In the past after I installed the Plex app on my Synology device I went to the IP address of the NAS with the 32400 port I was automatically forwarded to the initial server configuration page. Now it is not working anymore.

Do you have any idea what could be the issue?

Are you and the server on the same home RFC-1918 compliant LAN subnet?

I am using a VPN connection to the internal LAN where the NAS is located. Yeah as a VPN client I got an IP from one of the subnet. It is working now. Thank you for the instruction :wink:
