After migration, desktop clients work nut not iOS

Player Version#: 1.112.0.359-0d79a49f

I just migrated from Synology DSM to Docker. Migration went well, I followed this guide:

but now both my plex for iOS and my Infuse for iOS are unable to connect to the new server.

I checked:

  • The desktop applications (both Plex and Infuse) can connect to the new plex server.
  • The old server is shut down
  • The old server was removed from “authorized devices” (there is only one device left when I filter for type “server”)
  • I signed out and back in on both plex for iOS and Infuse for iOS.
  • I uninstalled/reinstalled the plex for iOS app

Any other idea I can try?
