Installed on Windows, Local client connects. cant connect iOS app or Samsung TV, Libraries never seen. log out and reinstalled all clients. same issue. all on same subnet, was working before the move.
Would be nice if there was a file/config available to the user that could configure the clients to connect to a specific IP rather than auto-discover.
I assume the clients and the new server are linked to the same Plex account?
Are the libraries of the new server possibly listed in the More section of the sidebar?
PS: “Latest” is very vague and can mean many different version (e.g. depending if you’re referring to public/beta releases; rollouts on mobile clients will happen in a staged manner, so your “latest” might not be the current version).
Server has just been downlaoded for Windows 64bit version. iOS client is whatever apple present to the user from the store. the ioS app never resolved the libraries, yet the local client is fine and scanning content no issue. the TV doesnt even acknowledge the server exists (assume as old Samsung. might be an out of date client, thats will never work on latest server).
