Did you try the build in this thread?
It was because we were trying to use an unsupported CPU instruction. I wouldn’t expect that to cause a BSOD… but it’s possible. Give it a try and let me know.

I will try installing this build this evening but I won’t re-enable intro-detection until I’ve had a few days of stability. Then I’ll switch it back on and hope for the best. Thanks a mill and have a good weekend

This resolved for me after the update you provided. Re-enabled intro scanning, added episodes, scanned, been good for a day. Thank you so much!
This build fixed the crashes for me. One thing I noticed is that Plex will match movies, but not gather the metadata and posters. To fix this, I need to go through each movie and click fix match. Not a big deal as I only add about 10 or so movies a day. I have noticed that Plex hangs for a second or two when I fix the match for each movie. Never had that happen before.

@torrobinson - Hopefully we can get to the bottom of your issue, but it doesn’t appear to be a crash we would typically align with skip intro code paths.

Just as an update, since installing the latest version, it appears that metadata matching stopped happening automatically - I have to context-menu -> “Match…” every new movie and TV episode that pops up on my server.
I’m not sure if this is related, but started happening around the same time so I thought it might help to know!
Having the exact same issue here. Everything I add to the server, I either have to match or fix match for the movie or tv show to populate a poster and information.
