After password reset server has no Plex Pass

Server Version#: 1.28.1.6104
Player Version#: 4.84.1

After changing password and signing in the server, server has no Plex Pass.

This makes server esentially unusable, because it doesn’t do hardware transcoding and most users rely on it.

How this can be fixed?

Somewhat similar issue although the Pass shows and most of the features are working, but the “Stats” on the “Dashboard” do not show.

Same issue here. Most features work but Dashboard doesnt.

I confirmed your account is indicating PlexPass

Would you please confirm:

  1. DEBUG logging enabled
  2. VERBOSE logging disabled

Restart the server and wait 2 minutes (keep the server completely idle)

Now download the logs ZIP file and attach please.
I will look at what’s happening.

FYI to all:

in light of all the password changes today, the authentication servers are VERY SLOW.
Even I’ve needed to hit Control-F5 in my browser for everything to authenticate

Not worked for me unfortunately, still shows Lifetime Plex Pass but the “Dashboard” shows nothing other than what a normal user would see.

Now it’s working SMH no idea whats going on

The debug logs contain a lot of sensitive info (PII data) including some play history for a few years. I don’t feel comfortable putting it on the public forum.

On a good note, it seems the server has recovered, it still doesn’t show “Plex Pass” icon as before, but it has pass features enabled, most importantly hw transcoding and tv tuner support.

My guess would be, you fixed plex service backend / database, etc.
