I have been running a Plex server for a couple months now and it’s been great. I had tried out the Plex Pass and wasn’t sure if I was going to want it so after signing up I set it to cancel so it would expire and not auto renew. Well today I realized while checking my server dashboard that I wasn’t seeing any of the cool data that comes with a Plex Pass. Low and behold it had finally expired. Well I decided I did want to keep the Plex Pass so I signed up for the full year subscription. However I still can’t see any of the extra data, like CPU usage, RAM, viewing history etc. I tried and opened up a second PMS on a different device and THAT one shows data on my dashboard. The PMS that isn’t showing data however has no problem streaming locally or remotely, I just can’t use any of the Plex Pass features with it all of a sudden.
Edit: Was looking at everything originally through the webapp. Figured I’d try it through the windows app. I went to the dashboard and this time I get the message telling me to purchase a plex pass, that I already own… https://imgur.com/a/pHZZqXv
