After Plex upgrade on Synology. Now get "Playback Error. Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error."

I am running Plex 1.16.3.1402 on a Synology DS418play. All movies previously uploaded to Plex months ago no longer playback. This happened after an upgrade prior to the recent 1.16.3.1402 update of Plex. I haven’t been able to troubleshoot it. Today I saw the 1.16.3.1402 update was out so tried that in hopes that the issues with prior release would have been addressed. Sadly, no, the issue remains. I see postings with the same error but not necessarily from an upgrade.

I would appreciate any help pointing me towards a solution. I attached the log files.

Hi. I was hoping to have received some ideas for my issue. Would more information help? Can I get support direct from Plex?
