After renaming movies, ~250 share exactly same metadata

After renaming all my movie files with Filebot ({plex}) approximately 1/4 of all my files is displayed as one movie on Plex. Is there an option to fix this without the Plex Dance™ ?

What is the directory structure and naming which resulted?

I fear you’ve deposited all the movies into one parent movie folder.
(which is easily repaired)
