After some update Plex mixed episode from different animes. Trying different ways to solve the issue, i decided to recreate from the scratch the library (deleted and create a new one) and it did not recognize files that were already added to the previous library.
Can you provide the naming structure you used for one of the shows that does not show up and/or the server logs after adding the files and scanning.
