Server Version#: 1.43.3.10828-00f62d37d
Player Version#: ?
After the update i can only start the server but no access to settings or if i click on a movie - i get the warning symbol no connection and the Plex Media Server closes itself.
After restart the same procedure.
Thanks in advance
Can you get the server logs ( you will need to follow instructions to get them manually from file system)
Can you access it via http://LocalIP:32400/web on the same network where LocalIP is your server computers IP?
Yes i can - there is only the info - this app is been loaded from ip and is not hosted by plex.tv and same problem
Your logs show that your server registered the crash. In some cases it shuts down, since it keeps going. I can’t be positive on the cause of the crash but just before it happens i see something trying to access a library that doesn’t exist.
I would recommendable removing all your favorites and adding them back to make sure it’s picking up valid libraries.
What do you mean with favorites? I have no favorites. Or do you mean remove all movies, series and music and add them new? That are thousands
in the newer mobile apps and Apple TV beta, Fire TV app the term “pinned” has changed to “Favorites”.
if you are using the web app in browser for example then just means unpin the libraries from home screen sidebar. ( you can still access them under the MORE menu at the bottom of sidebar were you can pin them back after removing.)
Thx - now it looks like that
any other idea? Still not working - in the mobile app ist says server offline - can not access to the settings
When you go to http://LocalIP:32400/web can you screenshot the whole page? If you click the settings wrench, do you see all your server settings? Or just account and plex web?
This is what i get if click the settings wrench.
i have now access to the setting - but only a few minutes than it crashes and i have to restart th PMS and than everytime the same procedure
Is there any idea how to fix my problem? New update doesn’t help
The devs said there is a seeming related fix that might also fix your issue when 1.43.4 is released. Unfortunately that is not expected to get released to beta til end of month and not public til mid September
Thanks for info - than i will wait
a coworker was looking at your logs and noticed your server seems to be installed on D drive but the data folder is on C drive.
usually if one are going to move the install to something other than C then one would also move the data folder. They are more Windows knowledgeable than me and mention it really is not recommended to move the program off C. Is there a reason you moved it to D without moving the data folder? Is C running out of space?
i had a crash and thats why i installed it an the d drive. it was running perfect the last years.
Which data folder do you mean on the c drive?
I mean the Plex Media Server in appdata folder that the server stores the database and such in. Your logs indicate it is stored on the C drive.

left d Drive and right side the location on the c drive
