After updating email and password PlexAmp no longer finds Media Server on my Synology NAS

Changing your account password unclaims any Plex Media Servers on your account.

As @afsmusic mentions, on Synology NAS running DSM 7, re-claiming is straightforward using the Plex Claim Token method.
