I just went to Plex and the tv told me an update was available. Unfortunately I said ok. Now when I start plex on the tv I never get anything more than a whirly in the middle of the screen, a search icon top left, and the time top right. No other options appear.
I can search for something and watch it, but I need to be able to browse as well. Can anyone explain how to fix this?
The Plex auth API is currently experiencing some issues:

It would likely cause the issues you’re seeing, but there’s no way to know for certain until they have that issue resolved.
You may want to give it another try. The site has been updated to show that a fix has been implemented (and my own systems are behaving normally now).
