Apple TV app does not return to Home Screen when exiting and returing

The only way to get back the library screen is to reboot the Apple TV
When you re launch the app it just takes you to a screen with the last thing you watch after choosing user name.
I am running the TVOS 17.5

I’ve been trying to reproduce this on my own Apple TV. And while re-activating the app will bring me back to the view/screen where I’ve left the app, it seems it’s perfectly ok to navigate up using the back button of my Siri Remote (same if I swipe right until I get to see the sidebar navigation).

Is clicking Back not working for you?
Any other controls frozen/stuck?
