Hi,
I am using Linux Ubuntu 16.04. and I am running Plex on this systems for years now. Suddenly, two weeks ago, I am not able to play any Videos on my Client Devices (Web-Client as well as Fire-TV, Android Phone, iPhone). Furthermore, at the same time my Live TV & DVR is not working any more and my programmed records are lost.
I was trying to fix this problem with this forum and the internet, but I don’t get lucky since 2 weeks. When I look into my Logs I get these entries:

As I can see, Plex is trying to download the required codes, but it is not able to do so. Why? I am able to download this file directly. At the same time, when I am looking int othe directory
/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Codecs
I can find a directory, that was touched at the time of the LOG-File Entry:
drwxr-xr-x 2 plex plex 4096 Mai 29 10:51 392df4f-2292-linux-x86_64
But this directory is empty. Even if I chmod this directory to 777, this directory is touched again as the same time I am trying to play media. But nothing is downloaded. Furthermore, if I download this codec manually and place it within this directory, it is still not working.
Now I am clueless. I have a Plex Lifetime Pass, but I am not able to use this software, that’s a shame.
edit: Re-Install did not help as well.
Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance
