Maybe @drzoidberg33 can add some more info.
Thinking about it again based on what I know (or at least what I think I know) if an upgrade happened to the library moving from legacy agent to the new one then it does not immediately refresh the metadata. So that might explain the time lag. The first refresh after library upgrade does force a rematch as its a move from one agent to another.
Hmm okay maybe. But it still leaves me with th question what the heck do I do about my library being all effed up 
Update: nuking the server and rebuilding from scratch seems to be working. It’s taking time but things which were not scraping are now playing ball.
I have no clue where the other films went. I searched for a few only to find them missing. :o but troublesome ones scrape nicely if I put them in their own directory.
