Plex Movie Agent not scanning movie files since password update

For the past week or so, and at least since the password reset debacle, the Plex Movie agent is no longer scraping details for new movies added to the server. Nothing has changed on the media server, I’m still using a single Movies folder containing all my movie files with the standard naming convention: Title (20XX).mkv. I’ve been using this structure for a decade with no issues, but now it suddenly won’t scrape and update any new movies. I tried putting something as ubiquitous as Titanic in my library today and it says there are no matches.

Is there something else going on or is Plex broken?
