is just me or the agents are not working? i have new media on my server but the metadata is not pulled, when i press on the wheel on any agent nothing happen, but the info button works, also i noticed in my library if the agent Plex Movie is selected no additional information are available, i think i have this problem in the last 24 hours
Some update: i noticed now that Fix incorrect match on movies is not working either.

@trumpy81 i did uninstall, but i cant upgrade to the latest version because my samsung TV then will not work with trailers (i wait for Orca with a release for 2013 model), but yesterday i installed google drive and for some reason i hide the content inside the AppData, i will put back as they were and i will come with a update
Update: so is look like the folders C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData were hidden and i don’t know why but is look like if they are hidden PMS cant fetch the metadata so i restore them to default state meaning all content inside AppData to set on show, and all is fine now .:D, still don’t know why should be a problem since other software are not affected, maybe developers will consider this in the future, i am not sure if is a bug or not or is designed that way
The folder C:\Users is always hidden on Windows.
But its content is not.
If it was hidden on your system, then someone applied ‘inheritance’ the wrong way.
