Quick question for everyone - once Sonos speakers have AirPlay 2 functionality, will we be able to cast music from the Plex App in Android/iOS to the Sonos speaker(s)?
The Sonos Plex App is OK, but it would be outstanding to be able to use the native Android/iOS Plex app, which is much prettier/more functional to cast/stream to Sonos speaker(s) directly from the App.
Can anyone with AP2 beta weigh in??

I have recently been having a play with AirPlay 2. Don’t really think it’s fully ready as there seems to be massive issues depending on what app you use.
My current set up for testing is an Appletv 4 with an hdmi audio de-embedder to active speakers via phono connectors. All running most current iOS. I can send iTunes audio no problem and able to control volume via buttons and software slider. When using plex it tries to send the video to the appleTv and not just the audio, Also seem to lose control of the audio volume. BBC radio streaming app Works but loses all volume control. Channels which interfaces with the homerun on the network - works as expected, audio routed to speakers via atv and video shows on iPad. Seem to lose ability to change volume with no reason.
Would like this to open up further discussion.
