Installed 1.23.5.4801 (strange since the previous was 1.23.4.4805 - earlier build but later version number?) Same problem with Alexa. Logs uploaded. Again.

OK, my Plex for Alexa is now playing multiple songs. I did two things and I’m not sure which fixed it, or if the fix is temporary or permanent. First, I told Alexa to cancel any sleep timers:
Alexa, cancel sleep timer (Response: no timers are set)
Then I used this slightly modified command:
Alexa, ask Plex to shuffle ALL SONGS in playlist playlistname
After these two steps, Plex for Alexa started playing the entire request, not just the first song. If someone would try JUST ONE of these commands, then test, and report the results I’d appreciate it. IF just canceling the sleep timer doesn’t work, try the “ALL SONGS” add on.
After it worked the first time, I tried again WITHOUT the “ALL SONGS” addtion and it still worked properly.
Plex. WTF, over.
We fixed this yesterday. I posted a link to the patch notes in a different thread. Didn’t realize there were more than one. Sorry!
