I have just set up a new Plex account with new email etc. I purged the old files from my computer but Alexa says; ‘plex server is online, but remote access is not available, see Alexa app or select different server’
I have deleted and re-installed the Alexa skill. I have tried setting up on a different computer (one win 10 other win11) still same message. It used to work last year. All this is on my home network, single router so remote access should not even be an issue.
I have looked at lots of help posts and nothing works for me. Any ideas what I can try next?
The alternative Alexa media server MyMedia works OK
