Alexa uh oh problem inside my network

I’m sure many have asked this question but to start, let me explain what I am seeing.

I installed Plex on my Synology NAS DS-821+ and linked all of my music folders. I enabled Alexa skill and created a playlist. Then I asked both Alexa Dot and Spot (separately) to play my playlist via Plex. It worked as expected. I bragged to my wife, see how easy it is.

The next day Alexa responded with “uh oh, something went wrong. I’ve alerted the Plex team so they can take a look.”

Since then I’ve disabled the Alexa skill and re-enabled it. Checked all settings. Nothing seems amiss. I can play the music via Plex on a computer or via the Plex app on TV but not over Alexa devices.

Suggestions?

So I went to Troubleshooting and when I try to get Alexa to play the music, I get no errors for there is this one waring:

Message[EventSourceClient/pubsub/45.33.103.230:443] PubSub: Received notifyConnectivity event with incorrect async identifier (, expected 3afa460a-89dd-4434-9c09-0bea885651f5)

There is nothing in debug. Verbose appears to be normal. As a fyi, this problem happens inside my network. I have not opened plex up externally yet. I am guessing my remote settings are correct since it worked on day 1.

Anybody?

I guess I found my solution. Delete Plex and find something else that actually works. I had high hopes.
