Alexa: Uh-oh something went wrong

Can someone help me get Alexa up and running? I followed all of the instructions but can’t get past the “Ask Plex to connect to server” command. Alexa just says the “Uh-oh” line.

  • Remote Access is enabled and working
  • I’m running PMS on a windows PC… Version: 1.15.3.858
  • Tried controlling Plex through the Xbox One and the Web app.
  • Everything is on the same network
  • Alexa is on a first gen Echo Dot

Would setting up a static IP help?
