Hey folks. Just got a UE megablast & enabled the Plex skill through the Alexa app.
Alexa can see my only Plex server, when I ask it to get Plex to play a specific artist it will go as far as saying “Playing music by xxxxxx” and then nothing. No music comes through.
Remote access is enabled, Alexa can see the server. Only other thing to mention is I have 2 music libraries.
Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. I think it’s a problem with the UE Megablast since it seems to be plagued with other issues. UE needs to step up and refine their Alexa integration as well as their lack luster App. The Amazon Echo works fine and show a connection under “Now Playing” on the PLEX server the Megablast won’t even show up as connecting. Even though, as sandy1010 mentions, Megablast Alexa says “Playing music by xxxxxxx”. Going to take this to the UE forums.
