All android clients playback at 2x speed when auto quality transcoding

Posting this issue again so it gets bumped and hopefully a plex dev sees it. I know its not preferred to do this, but I think somehow its flown under the radar, despite its many different threads. This issue causes playback to be stuck at 2x speed when ‘automatically adjust quality’ is enabled and affects all Android clients. Please, anyone at Plex acknowledge the issue, it makes Plex unusable to many. More threads/instances can be found in this thread
