Not sure when this started, but recently on all android devices I cannot play any video file in my collection using the built in plex player. Always get the message “Unable to play media”. Using an external player it will play. This is not the case on any apple devices that I have on my network, which play the videos fine - even older devices. I am able to cast video to chromecast from the android mobile devices and this works. I sometimes have managed to get the player to open if i select the video from the library view, but then the audio will play, but video will have the rotating circle in the middle, and will not start.
Any help appreciated
Update: Tried to update server to latest (noticed I was a little behind) V: 1.25.5.5492 - No difference. Also tried removing devices from authorized list and reinstalling app on the devices, again no difference. Tried many different settings and have had no change. This definitely used to work on all my devices, now only apple.
