All content unavailable after installing v1.15.4.994-107756f7e

Hi All,

I have just installed PMS v1.15.4.994-107756f7e on my Synologu DS916+ and now when I look in the web client, all content is unavailable. The relevant folders are still present in the library configurations so I;m not sure what has gone wrong.

I have run a manual update, and this seems to complete abnormally quickly, but the issue persists.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Usually, if you experience problems after an update on a NAS its a permissions problem. Nothing you did, the update did. Check your entire path to assure the PLEX account has RW permissions throughout. Make sure PLEX libraries have the correct path as well.

I have exactly the same problem, everything worked perfectly with PlexMediaServer-1.15.4.993-bb4a2cb6c-x86_64, it was updated and is now unable to find the folders.

What could be the solution?, thanks for everything.

Thanks grhiner, got it in one.
Plex account had no permissions to any library folders.
I reinstated them, ran a manual update, and all is available again.
