I watch items in various libraries on my PC on my iPad. For some reason when I open plex on my iPad and click the libraries link it shows my “Movies” library on my PC, but I am unable to open the All-Libraries dialog so I can select a different library. VERY frustrating! I then have to search for the video I want to watch in a different library, which take a lot of clicks and a lot of time. The odd thing is that occasionally the All-Libraries dialog opens, but nine time out of then it doesn’t. I have looked online and here as well, and I am stumped on how to fix this. I am hoping someone here can help.
I have not received a single reply to my post. At this point Plex is virtually useless for my wife and me. Not only are we unable to access important libraries, but we can no longer use Watch together on our iPads, which is our only option since my wife has low vision and cannot see a regular TV well at all. Decent resolution is also a stretch when we try to watch the (many) DVD movies we have placed in our home server. It looks like our only option is to cease using Plex altogether and explore other options. So much for many hours of time creating libraries we can no longer access. It looks like Plex folks have no interest is supporting seniors with health problems.
on the iPad, hold your finger on the Plex app then choose Remove App → Delete App
shutdown the iPad so it’s completely turned off (press and hold both power button and one of the volume buttons at the same time → Slide to Power Off)
power the iPad back on
install the Plex app, open the app, and sign in to Plex.
Test whether All Libraries is working. Is it fixed?
If so, great.
If not, download the Plex app logs to your email then retrieve them on your PC.

How to download Plex App logs on iOS:
- In the Plex app navigate to your home screen
- touch your user icon in the upper right corner
- choose Settings → About → Download Logs → Email
