I have the exact same issue, library infinitely loading. If i use another account it loads fine.
Plex Pass owner and can’t even use the new app. Old one was fine, this needs more work.
oh jeez, i didnt realize that i updated. it was working the other day and now libraries isn’t working for me either on 2 iphones and 1 ipad. i got lucky and had my shows pinned so some show up on the main screen and i can watch them there. I have been chasing my tail trying a bunch of stuff i read all over the place to no avail. hope this gets fixed soon.
i go to my profile and click on the last episode i watched, from there on the name of the Show and then it shows you the button to continue watching. But its awful how did this even happen??, and lets not talk about the new player that you cannot fill the video to screen??

Same!!! I like the new look of the app but it’s slow and full of bugs.
Not showing libraries should be a reason to revoke the app from the stores until all major issues are fixed.
This has written “Sonos app debacle” all over it.

I didn’t do anything in particular other other than turn off and on a few setting yesterday but that didn’t do anything at the time .
I watched one movie today from the “home” tab that was from my library. Decided to check to see if it works on my iPad and lo and behold it works on all my devices now.
Sorry I know none of this helps at all but maybe it had something to with plex pass?
My issue is that when I go down to my favorited libraries from the bottom of the app on my iPad after having been away from my device that the libraries I have chosen (my movies and TV and a buddy who shares his) revert to just 2 libraries and often if not always, they’re the 2 from HIS server, not even mine. Anyone else noticing that?
Same issue - libraries are loading fine on web client and in Android app, but not in iPad. I can watch shows on iPad if I open them from home screen (from the “Recently Added” sections, but library views do not load (empty page and infinite loading animation)
