Hello, last months all my mvies encode on 720p and dont play at original file on my apple tv, phone or other devices. I cant find the problem. Please help me
You’re giving us little to go on 
Playback quality can be impacted by a number of factors…
- video playback quality configuration of the client(s)
- remote streaming bandwidth restrictions
- if the playback isn’t actually remote… a bad network setup can cause Plex to think it is and apply the remote access restrictions anyway (e.g. if your clients are not on the same subnet as your server)
- poor remote access configuration can cause indirect/relayed streaming (which has a very limited bandwidth)
