All Plex Media on Truenas (FreeNAS) Server works except trailers

Server Version#: Version 1.40.4.8598
Player Version#:any web or app version
I recently moved my Plex Media Server to a new virtual server being ESX7.0. My Media Server runs on a virtual TrueNAS server version 13.0-U6. These versions were not change with the migration from ESX6.0 to a new EX7.0 server. The big difference between ESX6.0 and ESX7.0 was I was able to change the timezone for the ESX6.0 host however in ESX7.0 the host is forced to use UTC and cannot be changed. The guest operating systems do get their local time from NTP servers and do show correctly however, I read a few posts where it is noted that if the BIOS time and the PLEX server time differed trailers will not play. I checked the BIOS for my TrueNAS virtual machine and it is syncing with the host putting it on UTC, I have tried to disable all time syncronization but it keeps syncing with the host BIOS time which is UTC even though the PLEX server is set and show to be the correct local time. Is there a way around this PLEX server / BIOS mismatch to allow for the trailers to play correctly as getting the BIOS to match local time is not possible in this case ?

In my recent troubleshooting I have discovered that I cannot play trailers on any browsers being Chrome, Edge or duck duck go as well as the AppleTV app version 8.38 (8773) however when trying to play trailers using the Plex App on Windows 10 Version 1.98.2 the trailers do work. I am truly at a loss as to the cause of all this as being it works in the App on Windows 10 I am going to assume the server configuration is fine but then why does it not work in the app on Apple TV or any browser. I also tested on Roku with app 7.23.6.9390-f592e498c-Plex and that shows buffering go to 33% and then nothing.
