All Tidal music tracks fail to play in both Web App and Windows app

I have the tidal integration with plex pass subscription, and recently all tidal tracks fail to play in both the Windows Plex app and the web app (in Chrome). On the Web app it fails with “Error code: s1001 (Network)” and in the Windows app it fails with “Error code: 4294967283”. Seems like a pretty consistent problem, but couldn’t find anything on the forums that seemed relevant. Could I get some help?

Here is a procedure for you to try:

  1. Go to your https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources 7 account page and disable the Music/TIDAL provider
  2. On your https://plex.tv/users/other-services 6 account page, unlink TIDAL, and then link it fresh
  3. Back on the Online Media Sources page, enable the Music/TIDAL provider again
  4. Wait 10 minutes for changes to propagate
  5. Restart (e.g. force-quit and launch) the player app

Tried this, still seeing the same errors. Even if I remove the Tidal album from my library and then re-add it, I see the same issue.

I am still seeing this issue, almost all tidal-linked tracks fail to play with the error specified in the original post. Is there no solution to this? If not I’m just going to move on to another service.

i’ve constantly also faced the same issue, the song does play via tidal so doubt that its a region issue or otherwise account issue
