I just configured it the other day and figured I would try live tv on Android plex app. I am not recording anything nor am I using it on any other devices yet but get the all tuners in use error. Hdhomerun shows no activity during the issue.
I have a hdhomerun dual ota tuner connected to gigabit network which in turn connects to my plex server setup on linux mint.
If I access live tv on the server it will work ok. Also it will play on the hdhomerun app. When in use he tuner indicators light up on the hdhomerun. It has the latest firmware and I had updated plex server before adding the plex pass and hdhomerun.
