Plex shows tuner two channels being used

Server Version#: 1.13.9.5456
Player Version#: Amazon FireTV current
The tuner is an HDHomeRun dual. Watching a channel while it is being recorded shows the tuner with two recordings active on the two tuners. The HDHomeRun only has one that is active. I don’t know if this is a displaying information error or an actual communication issue between my linux server 16.04 and the tuner device.!

well it looks like the screen shot is showing me as a idiot. i will get one with it as it was.

I have experienced this before where I would not get the option to watch live or start from the beginning. Instead it would just go to a second available tuner and start showing live … I would have to keep track if this happens in all my clients or just for an specific one. I know the only client I use that does direct play for live tv is the shield tv, but I also in some cases use my iPhone and Apple TV to watch live tv and for those live tv does transcoding
