Hello all,
When on vacation and away from my server, all my users who had access to my media libraries were removed. I can’t seem to find an answer to what went wrong so I am hoping someone here can tell me so I can avoid having to add everyone back one by one in the future. Thank you!
Looking at the plex user account that you are using to post in this here forum, your server’s authentication token was deleted on December 22nd (shortly after noon, UTC).
This happens if you click on the red X on any of the devices listed on this page: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms
Doing so will remove your server from your user account, and will remove all media sharing with other users.
