All videos in a specific library won't play but show in "Now Playing" as if playing in real time

Hi,
So I’m having a weird issue, I have all my libraries on a NAS, each Library is mapped with a letter in Windows 10 running Plex Server.
All my Libraries except TV Shows play fine; only TV Shows library whenever i play any episode on any player it shows as Loading (when i login to the server and go to now playing i see it playing with thumbnails changing but nothing is actually playing on the players side)

I tried flushing DNS, remapping with a different letter and re-scanning the library without emptying trash but same result everytime; it just loads and loads with nothing.

Update - I ran the installer to repair Plex which seems to have resolved the issue
