At the moment, you can choose default subtitles by language, but if you have more than one subtitle file of the same language, it will simply list them in alphabetical order, automatically selecting the first one that way.
If you have subtitle files named eng.SDH.srt, this forces the sdh style subtitles to always be chosen by default because they come first alphabetically in the file system (vs. eng.srt)
I would like to be able to choose a default so that it will always go to the non-SDH subtitles.
