"allow display mode switching" mode makes video choppy and audio out of sync

Hi,

I have a problem watching movies directly on my QNAP using PLEX Player (HD Station). When streaming to devices - all looks ok. When watching “natively” it looses a frame every second. I’ve read that I need to use “allow display mode switching” on but then video gets very choppy and getting out of audio sync.

Any help is appreciated…
