I have Plex running on a QNAP 453a plugged in directly via HDMI to a 4K Panasonic display (using 1080p plex resolution).
I’m getting a very annoying line across the screen and the two halfs of the image are out of sync for mabye half a second at a time (I believe this is called jutter or stutter, but mabye wrong). I have looked on the forum and tried changing the sync display settings. When my display is set to 60Hz , it happens when the camera pans horizontally , and when my display is set to 50Hz it happens when there’s vertical panning. Is there anything else I can change to stop this happening as it’s quite distracting?
By the way , all my files are ripped straight from DVD (576 Pal) in MKV format and the qnap is direct playing them (doesn’t happen when playing file on iMac only via Qnap/TV)
