I have just started to use Plex (for music files only), and after scanning the library for the first time, the artist alphabetical listing is not correct, and is segmented into A-Z and then a further A- Z again. The Artists seem randomly grouped for example, into the fist A and then others in the second A.
This makes it difficult to find artists. Filtering by album seems to work correctly alpabetically. I have tried refresshin the metadata and re-scanning, but it is still incorrect. I have attached a screen shot showing the double listing vertically down the right hand side of the screen. Can you please advise on how to fix it? I am using windows 10
Further to my last post, the alphabetical listing by album is incorrect as well, and is based on the artist listing of the duplicated A to Z categories.
Any help would be appreciated
