Hello everyone,
I just recently noticed that on almost all my libraries (movies and music) the alphabetical listing on the right is missing. Strangely enough, it’s only in plex web any other clients are displaying it just fine. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
I’m on 1.23.5.4841 as well, which tab are you on? Recommended?
Locally and via Plex’s web app I see the alphabetical listing on the side in both the Collections tab and Library tab, it isn’t present in Recommended.
Plex doesn’t show the alpha list until the number of items reaches a certain level. I think they figure it isn’t all that useful if there aren’t that many items. I only have about 30 movies in my library (I use Plex for music and photography, mainly), and I don’t see the alpha list either.
You are right! It definitely depends on the number of items in a library! I tried it today by adding media to the library and the magic number is 75. If you have more than that the alphabetical listing pops up. - I never thought that 60 movies are too few but well… Thanks!
