Always >30 seconds delay before streaming starts

Player Version#: latest on all players

Since a lot of versions, I get at least 30 seconds of the spinning-cycle screen before playback starts. Happens to both hardwired (Shield, AppleTV) and wireless equipment (iPhone, iPad) players and in every media, be it a home movie or tv show episode. Playback used to start instantly on all devices no matter the connection to the server (wired or wireless I mean).
