Server Version#:1.19.4.2943

Unable to direct or remote connect to server. This is both inside and outside my own network. Problems are occuring on LG TV (made a sperate post on this), and Android devices. Only able to indirect connect with said devices.
On the same network:
Router is port forwarded, connections are manually entered into devices, devices on same subnet, insecure connections allowed on same network, firewall rule in place for Plex, google DNS (8.8.8.8), and Plex is wired to the router.
Outside network:
Same settings as above but the web browser (version:4.35) was working with 1.19.4.2902.
As I write this, 2943 continues to break remote connection, I have to downgrade to 2902 to have any functionality atm.
Anyone know what is going on?
